Candidate will report directly to the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees. The individual will be in charge of controlling costs and maximizing profitability by reviewing portion control, monitoring inventory, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures. The candidate will be responsible for building sales by following company standards in regards to food quality, productivity, and guest service. Must be able to acknowledge issues and resolve problems.'
