What is your purpose today?
The Clinical Coordinators are professional social work positions that are responsible for providing quality treatment and service planning for the program. These positions contribute to the accomplishment of the Agency mission through the provision of direct clinical services to residential clients and serve as a clinical consultant to the residential staff or through the provision of home-based and community-based case management services to youth, adults, and families with a mental health diagnosis.
These positions attend weekly program staff meetings and participate in other meetings as necessary. Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director.
Gordon Green Residential Treatment Program, with a capacity of eight residents, provides trauma-informed treatment and support services to adults living with mental illness complicated by co-occurring chronic health conditions.
In a supportive, safe, and secure environment, the program meets the needs of individuals who have a major mental illness by providing psycho-social rehabilitation services and personal care services. The services and supports provided are necessary for the residents with severe and persistent mental illness to remain in the community and maximize their potential for leading stable, pleasurable, and productive lives. Requirements:
- Masters of Social Work degree or Masters of Counseling from an accredited graduate school required.
- LCSW or LCPC preferred or related clinical graduate degree required; with clinical conditional license required. (CADC Strongly Recommended for Co-Occurring Treatment Programs).
- Minimum of 1 or more years of direct experience with Co-Occurring Disorders preferred.
- Contracts that have Rider D: Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, child protective service check & sex offender check.
- Must not be on the state or federal suspension and disbarment list.
- If MHRT is required for position you must pass CNA registry check
- If residential or ECE employee must be able to pass pre-employment physical and TB screen.
- Must be able to exert moderate physical effort with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, typing and frequently lift and carry small children or material weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Normal office conditions such as sitting, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, typing and lifting up to 10 pounds.
- Driving may be necessary to attend meetings and trainings and for the occasional need to meet with clients offsite and within the program service area. This may include transportation of clients or driving to agency location to complete work. A good driving record is required
Pay is competitive and will be based on experience and education.
