Job Description :
Compiles staffing level requirement forecasting and workplace scheduling in call-center environments. Prepares reports to determine call volume, calling patterns, service trends, and staff productivity. Tracks vacation schedules, shift change requests, and monitors new-hire, holiday, and seasonal shift needs. Updates and maintains scheduling database with current information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (business-related field preferred) or 2+ years’ relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
  • SQL and Tableau exposure preferred
  • Work harmoniously with peers and management.
  • Able to think conceptually and operate with minimal direction, utilizing existing resources.
  • See the issues/initiatives through to the complete resolution.
  • Excellent analytical skills, solid understanding of the industry.
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate client business strategy and connect it to use of key products

Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 - $19.71 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
