Position Purpose:
This is a critical remote role that focuses on driving business growth for multiple business lines in North America through paid media channels, working very closely with the Digital and Go-to-Market teams to ensure campaign success. The main responsibilities include: leading all aspects of media planning and performance (including forecasting, on-going and campaign reporting, ROI analysis), executing a mix of awareness and demand generating tactics based on business need and priority, budget management, internal stakeholder management and vendor management.
Key Job Activities:
Paid Media Strategy:
- Forecast, set targets, plan and monitor performance related to paid media
- Strategize the development, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns for multiple lines of business, focusing on driving quality sales-ready leads that will convert to revenue
- Identify and test new content/messaging as well as new customer acquisition opportunities to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Monitor and optimize media channels daily to ensure that goals are being met and changes are made on an agile basis to ensure strong performance
- Daily/weekly/quarterly reporting of key performance indicators, including on-going tactics and campaign performance
- Responsible for staying up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies, particularly across paid performance marketing vehicles
- Oversee digital spend and budget process, including monthly reporting on forecast vs. actual and return on investment
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to build LTV models and campaign reports to track spending, performance, and ROI/ROAS.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure paid acquisition efforts support and fulfill Go-to-Market goals
- Support PR awareness efforts on an as-needed basis
- Work with and guide agency partners to ensure success
- Manage internal resource and provide strategic inputs wherever and whenever required
Education:
- 5+ years of experience in relevant field (digital media buying, performance media/marketing, direct response). Digital media agency experience strongly preferred.
- Solid foundational understanding of media concepts, terminology, and bid-based buying models
- Experience working with digital reporting tools (such as Google and Adobe Analytics) is required
- Experience and understanding of paid social, programmatic, and SEM buying platforms (demand side platforms, SA360, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) is required
- Working knowledge of Salesforce for reporting
