Pottstown Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and has been recognized for its quality outcomes and clinical expertise across many service lines. Its cancer program is nationally recognized. The hospital also is a Primary Stroke Center; Joint Commission-certified for hip and knee replacement; and Heart Failure and Chest Pain certified. Its Emergency Room, which is the second busiest in Montgomery County, sees more than 40,000 patients a year.

Responsibilities

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is located on the 4th Floor, and has 18 beds. The most frequent diagnoses are Sepsis, Respiratory Failure, and DKA.

We are hiring for the following positions:

Full Time - Day Shift & Night Shift

Part Time - Day Shift & Night Shift

Per Diem - Premium Pay Rate (Requires at least 1 year ICU experience)

Weekend Day Shift - Premium Pay Rate (Requires at least 1 year ICU Experience)

Education Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Certifications and Licensure:

PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License

ACLS within 6 months of hire
