CP Skin Health Group is seeking an experienced, motivated and passionate skincare professional to strategically deliver best-in-class educational experiences that lead to overall growth of their assigned territories. You will represent the PCA SKIN & EltaMD brands, which are a part of the Colgate-Palmolive family, which provides our team with domestic and global career growth opportunities in all departments. We are looking to add long-term talent to our education team. You will travel within your assigned region/s to facilitate and/or support educational experiences in-office, at conferences and tradeshows as well as internal/external events. You will facilitate each training to meet the specific needs and business priorities of each customer while creating the ideal adult learning environment to ensure information retention, customer loyalty and brand awareness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Deliver training to: Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Aestheticians, RNs, PAs and industry related support staff

• Travel to and/or facilitate virtually to conduct customized educational experiences

• Work with assigned territory Sales Regional Managers and Business Development Representatives to accomplish specific business development goals for each account through education

• Effectively communicate cross-functionally pre and post-seminar, on weekly conference calls, etc.

• Deliver outstanding educational experiences while creating the ideal adult learning environment that will prepare prospects, new and existing customers for financial success

• Mentor and develop licensed skin health professionals

• Manage learner follow-up and related communication

• Demonstrate PCA SKIN® and EltaMD® treatment protocols by facilitating hands-on practice in a classroom and/or clinical setting

• Adapt quickly to unique learning styles in diverse environments

• Demonstrate professionalism at all times

• Book travel, respecting guidelines, timelines and budget

• Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings and trainings

• This is a heavy travel role, including some nights and weekend

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are a licensed aesthetician, nurse or medical professional for a minimum of 5 years with a license in good standing

• You have a valid driver's license, passport and have no travel limitations

• You are fully COVID vaccinated (proof of vaccination required to this position prior to start date)

• You have the ability to travel short and long distances for extended periods of time including nights and weekends

• You are reliable, trustworthy and responsible with excellent attendance and punctuality

• You consistently meet or exceed defined goals and expectations

• You are a PCA SKIN® Certified Professional

• You have prior training, facilitation and/or public speaking experience and have excellent presentation skills

• You have above average knowledge in skin health, skin conditions and are familiar with advanced modalities and treatments as well as treating all skin types, conditions and Fitzpatrick’s.

• You have exceptional knowledge of skin disease pathways, ingredient benefits/mechanism of action, and formulations as a whole

• You have experience with aesthetic medical devices (ie, IPL, LED, dermaplaning, microneedling, non-ablative and ablative lasers, etc)

• You must speak fluent English. Fluency in other languages is desired

• You have at least 5 years of hands-on practice and at least 2 years experience in dedicated educator role (skincare related education delivered to aesthetic and medical practices preferred)

• You are an excellent communicator

• You live in relative proximity to an International airport

• You are comfortable with technology (ie, Zoom, Google Suite, Powerpoint, Social Media etc)

Salary Range $70,000-$75,000 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
