The Recruiting Generalist provides program support by coordinating efforts relevant to the pre-employment process. Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative. Primary responsibilities include creating job descriptions, uploading documents, maintain reports, coordinating interviews, pre-employment screening services, pre-employment paperwork, and sourcing/screening of internal and external candidates. Works with all external candidates, internal program employees and supports the project leadership team.

Major Job Activities:
- Serves as custodian of Talent Acquisition documents and records.
- Processes employee information, including personal data, enters data into company systems.
- Initiates and monitors background checks and communicates results to the Recruiter and follows through on administrative matters as required by federal, state, and local laws.
- Monitors compliance with I9, OFCCP and Human Resources policies, practices and procedures.
- Compiles data from personnel records to prepare reports and logs; creates and maintains database and spreadsheets.
- Answers Recruiter requests and questions with escalation as needed.
- Opens incoming correspondence; determines priority, routing and action items as needed.
- Establishes and maintains inventory of recruiting and onboarding materials.
- Supports the process for selecting and onboarding new associates by scheduling appointments.
- helps candidates and associates complete paperwork.
- Supports employee relocation programs.
- Maintains confidentiality in all matters.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Education / Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active Secret Clearance.
Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, build credibility, and create partnerships at all levels within Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with iCIMS a plus.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in high-volumne Recruiting.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the desire to learn new programs required.
