Greet Clients and their pets
Assist clients complete information sheets
Answer a multi-phone system
Must have excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person
Basic computer knowledge and proficient in filing
Mathematical accuracy for the handlinhg of money and must be comfortable collecting paymet in full at the time of service
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced work enviroment
Assist with customers and animals as needed
Reception experience is a plus
