Phoenix office is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team. This includes greeting, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting clients, data entry, and filing. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all clients. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest services: Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.
  • Administration: Send out and receive email, documents, and packages. Create files for each and every client. File, record and keep good records. Data entry accurately and timely. Maintain an organized filing system. An other miscellaneous duties.

Requirements:

  • 18 Years or Older
  • Average with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn basic new systems
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Very Confidential
  • Ability to keep busy during down times
