Real Estate Property Manager Job at Watson Realty Corp
We are a large reputable property management firm seeking motivated individuals to manage an existing portfolio of properties in a fast-paced property management office in the Davenport area. Looking for individuals to focus on increasing profitability and portfolio of properties while maintaining the quality service standards of the company. Individual will be an independent contractor and compensation will be calculated from commission collected from portfolio. Must have valid Florida Real Estate License.
Other job duties include:
- Oversee day to day activity on managed properties
- Plan and implement customer (owner, tenant, vendor, Realtors, etc.) retention and development
- Problem solve issues as they arise.
- Create and implement approved strategies to increase profitability while maintaining quality service to all customers
- Network within the company and community to promote the property management division
- Effectively communicate with customers and office staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
