Details:
Ensure that the department works closely with the Director to purchase the highest quality products while constantly searching for the most competitive price
Coordinate and participate as necessary in all month-end, quarterly or annual inventories.
Develops and improves processes, systems, and performance management reporting for raw material purchasing activities
Develop new, profitable contracts with key decision makers with potential purchasing accounts
Generates preliminary budgets and establishes product features and options
Generates and circulates house budgets
Responsible for ensuring that purchasing processes yield the most competitive home construction costs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Community Managers (where applicable), senior management and trade partners to facilitate efficient decision-making and purchasing processes
