Are you seeking a part-time opportunity? Do you have experience in property management? We need you! We’re hiring a part-time property manager in Chaska! In this property manager role, you’ll be working with leases, rent, HUD vouchers, and more.
Location: Chaska, MN
Wage: $17.50 – 22/hr.
- Monthly bonuses of up to $700
Hour: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Duties of the property manager:
- Provide professional customer service
- Leasing
- Retain residents
- Collect rent
- Income certifications
- HUD vouchers
- Data entry
- Maintain files and update system
- Resolve resident issues and complaints
- Eviction processes or lease violations
Requirements of the property manager:
- Minimum 1-2 years of property management experience required
- Previous experience in Sections 8, subsidized, public housing, and low-income housing preferred
- Intermediate skills in MS suite programs required
