Property Manager Job at Southern Residential Management LLC
Property Manager needed for 42 unit apartment community in Sylva, NC. Position is a part-time position, 27 hours. Duties will include certifying residents' eligibility, collecting rents, addressing resident concerns, holding daily office hours, Monday-Friday (some flexibility) and keeping site in compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations. Must be professional, courteous and able to work with a team to ensure quality standards are met. Property Management experience required. Prior Tax Credit experience is not required but much preferred. Resman experience is a plus. EOE
