Our client is a large well established General Contractor who covers many facets of construction. National projects include large hospital projects, multi-story office buildings and large-scale commercial buildings. They currently have a direct hire role open for a Project Manager.
DUTIES:

• Lead project planning, direct and coordinate the day-to-day management and construction activities.
• Direct involvement in preparation of a project schedule and continually review to make sure the project schedule is adhered to or modified as necessary
• Responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout
• Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment
• Forecast and analyze constructions costs, exposures, and profits until project is complete
• Ensure all subcontracts and purchase orders are drafted

• 7+ years of large Commercial Project Management experience, large Hospital and Office Complex experience is helpful
• Advanced knowledge of general construction methods which include metal/steel structure framing.
• Preferred project experience should include, but not limited to: Medical building, Universities, Hospitality and large commercial projects
• Basic computer knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
