What you will be doing OR Your Responsibilities:

• Interpret and create engineering drawings for new/existing projects.
• Conduct thermal/flow calculations, analyzes and documents results.
• Provide technical support to other employees regarding mechanical design, fabrication, testing, and documentation.
• Perform onsite customer audits (~20% travel required).
• Review and evaluate specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and the content of estimate/proposal.
• Perform take-offs from drawings and calculates the costs of labor and material for work.

About You OR What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Mechanical Engineering OR strong background in hydraulics and process design.
• 2-year CAD Experience (Inventor and AutoCAD Preferred).
• Clearly communicate with customers, vendors and teammates via phone, email and occasionally in person/field.
• Flexibility to do some traveling.
• Ability to comprehend budget structures.
• Organized and technical minded.
• Understands engineering specifications.
• Works well in a team environment but also independently.
• Some knowledge in heat tracing, piping and valves.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
