Production Supervisors - 4 days on / 3 days off or Alternative Shifts

Position Summary:

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved. The production supervisor will plan and delegate duties and assignments as well as assume responsibility for maintaining the production schedule and quality. He/she will be responsible for the overall safety and must promote and ensure the Company’s commitment to Safety and Health principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintaining optimal production flow.

· Supervise production to achieve higher output.

· Assist in the interview process when needed.

· Assist Production Manager in achieving production goals by communicating expectations, planning, and monitoring.

· Train, coach and develop production employees.

· Work with Customer Service to facilitate requests for customers.

· Work with QA team to minimize rejects.

· Work with HR and make recommendations for staffing decisions.

· Track and report employee performance.

· Report any equipment issues to Management team.

· Attend and participate in production/management meetings.

Required Experience:

· Minimum of two years of managerial/leadership experience.

· Knowledge in Microsoft office required.

· Strong analytical/critical thinking.

Desired Competencies:

· Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure.

· Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem-solving skills;

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.

· Must be flexible in work schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
