Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a company in LANCASTER, WI to support their quickly growing small business in a PRODUCTION SCHEDULER role. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and developing production schedules on a daily or weekly basis to meet goals.
• Maintain production schedules to ensure that all company goals are achieved and that deadlines are met.
• Collaborating with department leads to ensure the correct product is available and correct lines are running
• Communicating with customers and building client relationships
• Logistics management between partnered facilities to ensure product shipment deadlines are being met.
• Answering phones/customer service
• Assisting with administrative duties when needed

Qualifications:

• Must be a self-starter, ambitious to improve current processes
• Experience in a prior manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and have organization skills
• Great attention to detail is a must
• Must be comfortable with computers and be willing to learn a new ERP system

Salary: $22/hour, limited benefits offered

Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday-Thursday
