Position Summary

As an independent contractor process server, you will be responsible for serving legal documents on individuals and businesses. The majority of your services will be at residential locations so you should be able to make your attempts in the evenings, mornings, and on weekends when most people are at home. Our office is conveniently located in San Diego and you have the option of picking up the papers from us or printing them yourself at home. Unlike some other attorney services, we pay per attempt on Same Day and ASAP service types, and do not make you keep attempting services at locations if the individuals are no longer there. We are looking for process servers who would like to cover North County San Diego services from Del Mar to Oceanside on the coast, and from Poway to Fallbrook along the I-15.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a valid California Drivers License

• Possess reliable vehicle with insurance
• Be a registered Process Server with an active Fictitious Business Name Statement and Business License
• Own a smartphone to be able to send in status updates
• Independent Contractor position

• Full Time/Part Time - San Diego
• Willing to work days, evenings, and weekends

• You will make your own schedule but should be available to attempt services in the evenings, mornings, and on weekends if needed. This is a good opportunity to make some extra income if you already have another job that are you looking to supplement.
