We are a fast growing apparel printing shop located in Pearland, TX. We are looking for a Dynamic team member to help support our daily print shop operations and learn and grow with us!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

-perform pre-press activities to set up job production that my include, computer design setup, screen prep, vinyl weeding/cutting

-Completes daily production orders as per schedules and on time, rotate between screenprint, heat printing, and embroidery printing depending on production volume

-Review quality of prints and finished product throughout entire job run

-Reports issues/delays to supervisor immediately

-See that production equipment is regularly and properly maintained

-Maintain Cleaniliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment daily

-Identify & suggest new production efficiencies to supervisor

-Ensure adequate supplies (raw materials, necessary parts) are stocked to prevent delays

-Work with team to interpret orders, design requests and set up work flow needs to meet production deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Basic computer skills are a requirement with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, email, and vector design software
-Strong attention to detail and organization
-Organized, punctual and good work ethic
-Communicate visually and verbally

Physical Demands and Work Environment
You must be able to lift 50 lbs

Be able to stand for long periods of time

Work in a fast paced environment

Required to operate heat press or other printing equipment

Must be able to climb a ladder

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
