Position: Plumbing Designer
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Duration: Full time
Job Description:
The client is looking for a designer to join their growing team! This position requires that the person be able to perform certain tasks of a design nature as well as a graduate engineer, but also spends time doing drafting/CAD Technician duties. This position does not constitute as much of a “lead” position as a Sr. Designer, and fewer years of experience are required. If you think you might be a great fit, keep reading and apply!
Core Competencies:
- Within their technical specialty, design and layout engineering drawings.
- Specify portions of the engineering system from catalogs.
- Assist in studies, doing drawings and design as required.
- Competent and fast drafts person.
- Follows established design procedures.
- Accepts direction and supervision and works well with others.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years total experience with consulting engineering firm in design and drafting.
- Experience and detailed understanding of ACAD/REVIT designing platforms a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for team-based projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
