As a Production Team Member you will be responsible for:
- Backup trailers to the pit areas
- Provide coverage for any area of plant operation where directed, by operating all equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate to the Shift Supervisor all accidents, down time, and any cost saving ideas and recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team.
- Outside work required- will work in summer/winter temperatures
Skills and Experience required:
- 1 year work related experience
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to stay physically active throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills
- Forklift experience is a plus but willing to train
Shift:
Day Shift: Hours are 6 am to 6:20 pm working a 2/2/3 schedule
Night Shift: Hours are 6 pm to 6:20 am working a 2/2/3 schedule
