We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Westside team. Applications will be accepted from licensed PTAs, as well as PTAs that are working toward licensure in 2022. Experience is a plus, but we want to hear from new grads, too! We’re ready to welcome a new teammate immediately, but are willing to wait for the right candidate.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide quality one-on-one care to patients.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient records.
• Communicate with physical therapists and assistants regularly.
• Implement therapeutic programs as outlined by supervising physical therapist, provide manual therapy within your scope of practice, and progress patient’s exercises as appropriate.
• Collaborate with and keep supervising therapist informed regarding patient visit limits, appointment schedules, need for progress notes and other administrative data.
• Write detailed, accurate and informative notes for each patient treatment.
• Educate, encourage, and assist patients in understanding and performing prescribed activities and using supportive devices.
• Keep a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as infection-control policies and protocols.
• Achieve production objectives by noting current treatment trends; monitoring actual physical therapy services rendered relative to production objectives.

Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
