Parts Shipping and Receiving Job at HELLER FORD
Our growing business is looking to hire a motivated, organized and professional person for our Parts department team at Heller Ford in El Paso, IL. We work in a very fast-paced environment with plenty of work to do in a team-focused setting at one of the largest Ford dealers in the entire midwest.
Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:
- Receive shipments and distribute to correct departments
- Verify information against invoices, orders and other records
- Check daily stock orders
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications
- Maintain a clear and thorough record of all shipments
- Support parts department staff
- Lifting, bending, twisting, turning involved (sometimes heavy lifting)
Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to background check
- Willing to work hard and not be a distraction for our Parts team
