BeautifulPlaces is a luxury hospitality management company. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual with a passion for hospitality, travel, and customer service to join our team as a part-time Host and Concierge.

You will serve as a local host for affluent private residence travel club members staying at two private residences in the Sonoma Valley area. Please note, although much of the work can be done remote from your home office, the nature of this role having to meet clients at the properties from time to time does require you to reside not far from the Sonoma Valley and Bennett Valley area.

You will provide service 2-3 days a week, with a target of approximately 8-20 hours a week. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

· You will be responsible for communicating with guests before and during their visit.

· You will work closely with the operations and housekeeping team to oversee and resolve issues at the properties.

· You will reach out to guests 30 days before arrival to welcome guests, confirm arrival details, carry out pre-arrival destination activity planning and develop a customized itinerary. Prior to arrival you will confirm all activities, update directions, and finalize the itinerary.

· You will meet and greet members in person, and provide property orientation, review their itinerary, and give them an overview of the area.

· Before guest arrival you will inspect property maintenance and housekeeping and stage and setup property for guest arrival, including performing pre-arrival guest grocery shopping and stocking the home with groceries.

· You will be accessible to guests during the stay between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm on your assigned workday, although actual hours worked during these hours may be minimal. You will check in with guests via chat app, text, email, or phone daily while in residence.

· You will use a variety of software programs and data bases.

· You will confirm departure information and arrange for transportation if necessary. You may meet guest at residence for check-out and presentation of grocery shopping (incidental) charges.

· You will be responsible with developing strong relationships with select wineries, restaurants, private chefs, and service providers.

· You may be driving between the towns of Sonoma and the Glen Ellen/Kenwood area during the workday.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, based on business demands.

· Strong computer skills, including an ability to learn core business applications quickly

· In depth knowledge of wineries, restaurants and local tourism industry in Sonoma and Napa

· Exhibits grace under fire

· Must have a driver’s license and your own vehicle

· Property management skills a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
