Part-time PrepCook Dishwasher Job at My Little Paris Cafe & Play
This is for a prep cook & dishwasher position.
The pay is $16/h + tips, which averages to around $17.50-$22.50 depending on the business.
Responsibilities:
Set-up, clean and organize work stations
Prepare ingredients for the shift
Take orders from wait staff and Kitchen Display System
Assist the Chef with cooking the orders when we are busy
Store all food properly
Sanitize and clean work stations and utensils
Clean, organize, and maintain refrigerators, ovens, prep and dry storage areas, etc.
Clean and sanitizes the dishes, utensils and glassware
Help other team members when needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food prep (minimum 1 year) and dishwashing
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality
Ability to prepare food with knowledge of proper techniques and equipment to be used.
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders
Mandatory Requirements:
Employment eligibility verification
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Reliable transportation
Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and some other days depending on business need
Food handling certificate a plus
