Staffmark is now hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Polishers for a local orthopedic company in Warsaw, Indiana.

This company focuses on manufacturing quality orthopedic tools and instruments for surgeons in the orthopedic industry.
Responsibilities include:
Taking orthopedic tools and using a polisher/grinder to deburr and smooth edges
Consistent quality checks
Ensuring each tool is properly polished, meeting company and client standards
Final finishing processes
Requirements include:
1-2 years minimum of orthopedic or metal polishing/grinding experience
Knowledge of final finishing processes
Ability to sit, stand, walk, crouch, bend, squat and stoop
Resume with relevant experience
Ability to work overtime
Hours:
2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. mon-fri
3rd shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. mon-fri
Overtime is as needed
