Richardson Oral and Facial Surgery is currently seeking a full-time patient and treatment coordinator.
The responsibilities include cultivating relationships with our patients and dental referrals, arranging financial agreements, scheduling treatment, patient follow up, and preparing paperwork needed for successful and legal tracking of treatment and finances. A professional demeanor, the drive to excel and a self-motivated attitude are our minimum expectations. In this role, it will be crucial to understand patient's oral surgery needs, along with their concerns, and be willing to educate patients in regards to their treatment needs.
The ideal candidate will be organized and focused, and possess a friendly, caring and kind personality. One primary responsibility will be answering phone calls and scheduling new patient consultations and surgery. Also, communicating with referring dental offices via phone and email is important.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
