We are currently looking for Night Shift Operator to join our team in Vineyard, UT. We have a fun, supportive and great team that you'll enjoy working with!

Operator will be responsible to oversee the operation of the filling line in the safest and most efficient way possible, while maintaining the highest quality.

As an Operator, you will:

• Prep the machine for start up and ensure correct functioning during the shift
• Start “Shift” and “Run” on Redzone, keep the log updated and accurate
• Read and understand MPRs (Master Production Records) and follow Work Instruction specifications per product
• Scan product/components consumed in Data Ninja
• Ensure product/component returns are accurate in Data Ninja
• Change totes and agitators as needed
• Work closely with maintenance department for top equipment performance
• Work closely with QA to achieve and maintain expected quality on production output
• Lead, train and assign team members to their position in the production lines
• Understand and have been trained on all SOP’s for the job
• Understand and have had GMP training
• Make necessary adjustments to fillers, cappers, induction sealers, lot coders, shrink bands and labelers
• Clean and setup equipment according to SOP specification
• Train on new equipment
• Set lot number correctly and change printer ribbon on Markham printers
• Accurately fill out operator paperwork during shift
• Provide support to the packers
• Support Kaizen projects
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

• Previous experience in quality and operation of packaging equipment
