Office Manager Job at Country Roads Physical Therapy
Country Roads Physical Therapy is looking for a qualified Office Manager for our Morgantown clinic. Qualified candidates must have office experience, as well as strong computer, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Job Summary: The Office Manager utilizes the company's electronic medical record software daily and is primarily responsible for scheduling patients, verifying insurance, billing, obtaining authorizations, physician correspondence, patient relations, keeping up-to-date and adapting well to changes in healthcare laws and regulations, as well as performing the administrative and support functions of maintaining the physical office.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor Degree and/or Vocational training preferred.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience working in a medical office with medical office management experience preferred.
