Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Check phone messages throughout the day; return calls or route messages as needed.
• Answer incoming calls throughout the day.
• Handle customer service issues and customer complaints as needed
• Obtain customer information, enter and maintain accurate records within the database, set up estimates and send information to the sales team
• Work with scheduler on scheduling jobs and finalize setting up the job with the customer
• Corresponding via email, phone and chat within the organization and directly with customers.
• Track job pictures; verify there are pictures to put with each job
• Put sewer videos online
• Help keep the office clean and tidy
• Keep office supplies stocked
• Be available to help in whatever capacity may be needed (creating sewer inspection reports, sorting mail, tracking down information, submitting permit applications, calling in inspections, creating job packets, etc.).
• Cross training in obtaining the necessary permits and inspections daily
• Other duties as assigned
