LINE COOK - The line cook prepares food that meets current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations by following established policies and procedures. He or she ensures that safe and high quality food service is provided at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares food items to order following established recipes and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
- Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- Restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required
- Must be willing to do light dishes and prep
