Logan Simpson has an immediate opening for a regular full-time Mid- to Senior-Level Marketing Proposal Specialist. This position can be in located in our Tempe, Flagstaff, Tucson, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; or Fort Collins, Colorado offices.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work collaboratively with marketing team, project managers, technical staff, and external clients to produce quality proposals.
- Manage the proposal process, including, but not limited to: reading/analyzing the RFP (request for proposal); conducting strategy and teaming meetings; outlining/coordinating proposal materials; providing proposal/technical editing; conducting compliance/quality review; and developing eye-catching layouts.
- Assist with federal proposals/leads, BPAs, IDIQs, and MATOCs.
- Assist with other marketing responsibilities as needed.
Position Requires:
- 5+ years of related experience in proposal coordination and preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Cloud products including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership or supervisory experience, or interest in growing into leadership role.
- Experience in consulting industry or AEC industry.
Compensation:
This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $60,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and education. This position has flexibility to be at a mid-level or senior-level depending on the experience of the candidate.
