Marketing Associate Job at Moody's
The Marketing Associate, under the direction of the Associate Director, CRE, this role will work closely with product and sales to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategic projects. As part of a cross-functional workflow, the main objective of this role is to support brand awareness, content marketing, and lead generation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and produce various product marketing content including product releases, features, functionality, website, marketing one-pagers, brochures, emails, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
- Copywriting support for marketing assets, including emails, social media, advertising, marketing collateral, web copy, events, etc.
- Interact directly with subject matter experts, product, and sales functions within the operating unit to ensure marketing efforts are aligned to overall business strategy goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain marketing calendar and support campaign performance reporting.
- Support with a variety of one-time initiatives that require coordination across the marketing team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience, experience with CRE preferred
- Knowledge of and an aptitude for Marketo and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication and superb people skills with a proven track record of success interacting with colleagues in cross-functional teams
- Track record of taking initiative and driving projects through to completion in a complex organization, ability to manage multiple cross-functional marketing projects simultaneously
- Independent and creative thinker who can bring new ideas and perspectives to existing products, proactively develop and keep up-to-date marketing collateral, and author smart, personalized campaigns that focus on the customer journey and conversion.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $53,800 to $87,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
