Starts Pay: $28.50 an hour (includes $3.50 night shift differential)

Job Type: Full-time

12 hours Night Shift: 6:00 pm with rotation weekend

Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance support to buildings and injection molding machines and equipment as assigned.

Installs and performs preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment (closing machines, feeder bowls, etc.) as required.
  • Reconditions used equipment.

Troubleshoots hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems on injection molding machines to ensure continuous production.
  • Authorized to take out of service any machine or equipment that is deemed to be unsafe or that would further deteriorate with continued use.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Knowledge of injection molding machine functions and controls.
  • Familiar with automation and vision systems.
