What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Long-Term Housing Assistant National Account Manager within our ALE division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. This position is responsible for supporting the National Account Manager and ensure the adjusters are properly assisted. Assist in managing the claims from the initial request to the completion of claim. Maintain team building at all times.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Follows up on the day to day activity with all departments to ensure quality service.
  • Maintains and builds rapport with other departments, i.e. hotel, billing, furniture and customer care.
  • Assist with taking new requests from adjusters.
  • Assist with checking claim request for accuracy (if needed)
  • Assist with FRV/SVE preparation if the claims assistant is out of office.
  • Gathers all paperwork necessary for billing procedure.
  • Bill claims in a timely manner, following standards for ALE furnished files, urgent billing, etc.
  • Gathers all paperwork necessary to send with billing; send initial billing to adjuster.
  • Responsible for following up to make sure any additional furniture is billed if furniture is approved to be added in after initial billing.
  • Act as first back-up when NAM is away from desk, out of the office, or in need of assistance with NAM duties.
  • Make sure all voicemails are addressed (if needed).
  • Responsible for all extension calls and housing email notices to the adjuster, along with collections on the extension calls (if needed).
  • Assist adjusters with invoice review, providing manual invoices/statements if needed.
  • Address any issues pertaining to the customer care department and follow up until resolution; escalate such issues if necessary to the NAM.
  • Confirm deposit dispositions with the adjuster at file end.
  • Be sensitive to those issues that need to be resolved immediately.
  • Attend adjuster functions when asked.
  • Rotation of Saturday schedule and Sunday CAT on Call Schedule
  • Assist the NAM’s with any other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Assist with any other office function when asked such as answering phones during high call volume periods.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • ACT program experience a plus.
  • Incumbent should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
  • Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement.
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work.
  • Ability to assist coworkers with tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two plus years of job-related experience preferred.
  • Sitting at a desk for the majority of your work shift, talking on the phone, and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
