Responsibilities:
- Assist in the dispatch of shipping containers in warehouses across the United States.
- Timely feedback the status of the containers to the warehouse or fleet.
- Data entry and verification.
- keep track of schedules, routes and personnel.
- Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls from broker and truck company.
- Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories.
- Other duties may assign.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Abilities to deal effectively and professionally with all types of individuals.
- Possesses excellent communication skills to include written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties.
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time.
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances.
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
