Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Job at Confidential LLC
We are currently looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. Come be the face of a great organization!
Administrator job duties:
· Oversee the management of the daily operations of the facility which includes long-term care, dementia, skilled, assisted living and independent living.
· Coordinate and manage supervisors for various departments facility wide to ensure our facility’s mission is on track.
· Keep the facility in compliance with state and federal regulations. Including organizing trainings and staff meetings.
· Maintain the facility’s budget and keep each department on track.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living
· Management experience in healthcare
· Current LNHA in Arizona
· Strong leadership qualities
· Strong organizational skills
