We are looking for someone awesome to join our team! We only have a few members in our office so we need someone that is enjoyable, hard-working, bright, and easy to work with.
Licensed Insurance Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to client insurance inquiries on existing insurance policies with regards to insurance policy amendments, billing, claims and upcoming renewals.
- Support insurance policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
- Handling service requests, processing necessary paperwork, and answering incoming calls.
- Provide help and be of service to our clients and prospects.
- Maintain and establish client relationships as well as follow up with clients upon request
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
- Learn appropriate programs needed to service clients and write insurance policies.
- Write insurance policies (all done on a computer)
- Meet required continued education as required by the state.
- Work together as a team to meet office goals
Licensed Insurance Sales and Service Representative Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License - PREFERRED
- Insurance Experience - PREFERRED
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn insurance, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Have a kind tone when speaking to clients and co-workers
- Must be organized
- Be able to multi-task and know how to prioritize tasks
- Must have good typing skills as most of our work is done on a computer
- Know how to use a computer and basic programs
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
