Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Psych360, now part of Mindcare, is seeking a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide counseling services primarily for Nursing Homes and Assisted-Living communities through in person visits.
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 + Bonus Opportunities
Position Summary:

Exact compensation based on RVU productivity

Design and implement treatment programs

Evaluate patients willingness to change
-
Consult with other Mental Health professionals
-
Provide brief psychotherapy, crisis intervention and/or personal counseling utilizing individual, conjoint and group treatment modalities

Provide information regarding community-based organizations and social services
-
Complete discharge plans
-
Council/ Educate family members by advising on the most appropriate/helpful roles they can fulfill in the treatment process.

Requirements:
-
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW in state of Pennsylvania)

Past counseling experience
-
Create a climate of patient-centered care to include confidentiality, empathy, respect, and collaboration

Develop individualized Treatment Plans based on information collected during initial screenings/ evaluations and the ongoing assessment of needs, strengths, preferences, and goals

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and excellent empathy
-
Familiarity with the geriatric population and long-care settings is a plus
-
Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and counseling and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment
