Job Functions
- Primary responsibilities relate to landscaping and keeping the RV Parks looking lush, colorful, clean and green
- Full-time position with competitive wages

Key performance skills:
- Ability to complete minor landscaping projects as directed including installing garden beds, planting, weeding, pruning and trimming.
- Coordinate seasonal flower planting program.
- Installation of sprinkler systems using PVC, spray and drip systems.
- Familiar with irrigation system repairs and sprinkler system time clocks.
- Adjust sprinkler heads and replace all sprinkler system parts as needed.
- Waters plants and removes undesirable landscaping.
- Has a working knowledge of plants, soils, fertilizer, and pest and weed control.
- Operates mechanical equipment including lawn mower, Wed Wacker, hedge trimmer, blower and all hand tools
- Assists with special events set-up as needed.
- Involves heavy lifting, digging and carrying equipment.
- May include pool maintenance if needed, including pool chemical balance, pool cleaning and other maintenance.
- In addition, all other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and the ability to operate a motor vehicle in California.
- Landscape experience is required.
- The ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Schedule includes Saturday and occasionally holidays. Workday starts at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m.
- English communication skills is required.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
