What You Get to Do

• Create custom designs unique to each clients' needs.
• Partner with Project Managers in the build to ensure design specifications are being met and overall vision is brought to life.
• Conduct property analysis by traveling to job sites to collect grades and measurements of existing conditions. Ensure photos are taken and documented.
• Generate base maps and 3D renderings as needed.
• Design hardscape, terracing, pool design, outdoor fireplaces and fire features, ponds, waterfalls, pergolas and vendor requirements and construction code for these improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and/or construction and customer challenges.

The Experience We Seek

What is Required

• Bachelor s degree in landscape architecture, design, or horticulture.
• 1+ years of landscape architecture design in commercial and residential projects
• Licensed in Idaho
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle report
• Experience with VizTerra, Structure Studios and Pool Studio

What is Preferred

• Experience with AutoCAD, LandFX, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino.
• Experience with creating grading plans, estimating, and preparing bids.
• Experience with landscape construction codes including HOA restrictions and easements.

The Total Package

• Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year
• Travel Reimbursement: Full-time employees will be provided with a work truck and fuel.
• 401(K): Company match 100% up to 4%. Begins 3 months after hire date.
• Relocation Expenses: For the right candidate, a relocation package can be negotiated for those relocating from outside the Treasure Valley.

The Working Conditions

Ability to stand for several hours at a time and to walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven ground. Work outdoors and indoors. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
