Job position summary:*
Graphic Designer is a key blended role that supports the graphic design and marketing departments. This is a great opportunity for those in the early stages of their graphic design and marketing career.
This position reports to the Marketing Manager but requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments. It needs an employee that is creative, collaborative, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
Key Notes:

• Create and assemble various physical and digital marketing collateral using Adobe Suite / Microsoft Suite
• Conceptualize and Implement industry-leading graphical elements
• Stay informed and up to date on new design programs / elements / styles
• Ensure deliverables/projects are presented on time and are clean, concise, and meet brand expectations
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within branding guidelines
• Develop and improve on current/future creative directions for the company
• Photo editing: perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Update website (as needed) and maintain digital assets (WordPress)
• Use Figma for website design and UI experience (does not need previous experience)
• Assist Marketing manager and marketing projects (as needed)
• Assist other departments (as needed)
• Design and maintain social media assets on various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Quality Assurance - Review marketing collateral for grammatical errors and punctuation before it goes through the proofing process

Requirements:*

• Graphic design: minimum of 1-2 years
• Adobe Creative Suite: minimum of 1-2 years (Required)
• Adobe Illustrator: minimum of 1-2 years (Preferred)
• Social Media (Preferred)
• Monday (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Required)
• WordPress (Preferred)
