Assistant Managers help oversee the day-to-day operations of a Jimmy John's restaurant with a positive rock star go-getter attitude, leads by example by executing systems and procedures with 100% integrity in a fast paced environment.

Duties include:
- Proficiency as an In-Store sandwich maker, menu knowledge, sandwich construction, and customer service.
- Operating a mechanical meat slicer (Deli-style Slicer/Bizerba) to cut meats for sandwich preparation.
- Learning the process of thawing, proofing, stretching, and baking bread.
- Managing and leading a crew of 3-4 employees.
- Cash-Handling and counting-down/closing Cash Drawers/POS system.
- Following/Managing cleanliness guidelines.
- Completing Management paperwork associated with shift-completion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
