International Retail Operations is seeking to hire an operations services manager to work on our dynamic team, supporting over 18,000 stores in 82+ countries. As an international operations services manager, you will manage projects and provide operational expertise and consultation across the International Operations community while assisting program managers to plan, develop and implement strategic priorities.
As an International Operations Services Manager, you will…
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leaders and stakeholders to develop digital International Retail Training programs.
- Act as the International Operations subject matter expert to ensure Operational standards are accurately reflected in all Retail Learning programs.
- Develop roadmaps, project plans, implementation materials and tools.
- Support program managers in the development of other strategic initiatives.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Deep knowledge of Starbucks store operations, processes, standards and the Operations Excellence System.
- A sharp eye for detail and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey ideas in a clear, succinct, and appropriate way.
- Experience within Starbucks, leading projects using basic project management skills (scope, timelines, project updates, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate with others to find creative solutions to problems that meet the needs of International stakeholders.
- Flexibility to support international stakeholders outside of PST; before 6am and/or after 7pm, as needed.
- Base salary pay range varies, depending on the location the job is performed
