Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• if not currently licensed, we will assist in getting licensed
• full spectrum training (in-store & off-site) including on-going mentorship thereafter...
• steady flow of leads from a captive audience purchasing vehicles at the dealerships
• ability to understand customer needs & provide guidance to the prospective customers to service a lead, prepare a quote, & close a policy sale
• 80% closing rate nationwide! (captive audience platform & legitimate leads)
• having a proactive mindset & a positive attitude, coupled with the willingness to maintain current & create future sales opportunities
• excellent organization & desktop abilities are essential: time management focused
• outstanding verbal & written communications skills required
• operating independently & collectively with great urgency while improving the efficiencies & results of the Goosehead Insurance Agency
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, opportunity to achieve a healthy work-life balance

Employment Package:

• Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 year average / $100,00 + top producers
