Candidates should have specific experience with one of the leading eyecare PMS programs - RevolutionEHR, CrystalPM, Officemate, Eyefinity, Compulink, Maximeyes, MVE or Practice Director. Experience with both medical and vision insurance is strongly desired.

Job Description:
RevCycle Partners has an immediate opening for multiple billing specialists. You will provide outsourced revenue cycle management services to optometric practices.

You will manage all aspects of insurance billing and processing including claim review and correction, claim submission, processing and posting of payments, researching claim rejections, aged claims, and submitting appeals. You will be assigned a set of accounts for which you will be the primary interface for managing the customers’ insurance claims.

Experience:
We are looking for individuals with a background in health insurance billing. We strongly prefer specific experience in eye care related billing in an optometric practice setting.

Experience in some or all of the following is beneficial:

• Market leading optometric software (RevolutionEHR, Officemate, CrystalPM, Compulink, etc.)
• Claims submission & correction
• EOB processing
• Rejection handling
• Claims follow up
• Understand timely filing limits for insurance carriers
• Claims clearinghouse functions
• Navigating insurance company websites
• Credentialing
• Online technologies including email

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a full benefit package including health, dental, flex spending, STD/LTD, life insurance, 401k, and a bonus program. We have 7.5 paid holidays and offer 15 days of PTO. The salary range for this position is $27,000-$34,000 depending on experience.
