Sigma Continental is searching for flex drivers to deliver packages with their personal vehicles. Sigma Continental is a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground out of the Pittsburgh North terminal. Our mission is to provide timely, courteous, and professional experiences to our team and customers alike.
Compensation
· Up to $21 per hour + 62.5 Cents Per Mile
About the position
· You will pick up your deliveries for the day at our facility in Zelienople in the morning.
· Lift, lower and carry packages up to 50 pounds
· Shifts range from 4-8 hours
· Weekend shifts bonus pay
Job Requirements
· You will be using your own vehicle & smart phone for delivery. Deliveries will be made on company-owned scanners. Driver is responsible for paying for their own fuel and data used on their phone for GPS and Routing.
· Must own an insured vehicle
· Vehicles can be no older than 14 years of age
· Vehicles must be Insured with a Current Registration
· Vehicle must be under 10,000 pounds and have covered and secured cargo area.
Eligibility Requirements
· 21 yrs or older
· Must have a valid driver’s license (commercial driver’s license is not required)
· Must be able to pass a background check & Motor Vehicle Record check
· Must be able to start at 10 am (minimum of 3 hours per shift)
· No moving violations or at fault accidents in the last 12 months
· Minimum state-required auto insurance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
