Webb Supply Company is a well-recognized name in the HVAC Equipment and Supply business with locations in Cleveland, Elyria, Akron, Ashtabula and Youngstown. We are a family owned company and for over 50 years have grown to become one of the leading local providers of, heating, air conditioning and plumbing products, selling to major and minor HVAC contractors as well as other unique accounts in Northeast Ohio.

We are looking for a talented person with an entrepreneurial spirit to become a Counter Sales Representative at our Euclid, OH location. Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Assist in the day to day activities within the branch and assist in the effective operation of the branch location
• Work with team members to increase the sales results and market share of our lead product lines.
• Manage inventory through current systems and processes
• Build relationships with current key customers and assist in cultivating new accounts.
• Becoming skilled at the vast product lineup that the company offers

Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channels
• Technical field experience a plus but not required
• Proficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuite and SMP customer relationship system.
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internally
• Good business judgment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wisely
• Strong desire to meet goals and objectives
• Maintains a sense of urgency, proactive
• Ability to solve problems effectively
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Local travel
