About This Position
Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resources department.Responsibilities
- Assists in the recruitment process by scheduling, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Handles onboarding of new employees.
- Completes new hire paperwork with new employees.
- Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies and offerings.
- Works with Managers to ensure proper training of new employees is occurring.
- Assists in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Assists in handling employee relations.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Handles company events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and extremely detail oriented
Experience
24 2 Years (Minimum)- 0-2 years in human resources
Education
- College degree required
