What is your mission?
As a HRBP, you will be reporting to the VP HR, Americas. Your role will include but is not limited to lead, developing, and carrying out best practices HR initiatives. You will also work on projects, and programs including New Employee Orientation (NEO) onboarding process, employee performance and development, talent management and retention, and other internal HR processes, to support the company’s growth, employee development and retention of talent in assigned business units. Only candidates from the DMV area will be considered, This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in our Tysons Corner Office.

Working on meaningful projects and supporting a group of stakeholders, you will need to be an active change agent striving to find the best solutions and best practice HR procedures and programs.
As part of a highly engaged HR team, you will coach managers on their leadership and managerial skills as well as manage the development and training of managers and employees. You will also Identify training needs and skills gaps and deliver training programs to the organization.

- Ability to build and drive HR Organizational Development and change management initiatives within assigned client groups that are aligned with business strategy.
- Experience working independently and proactively with multiple stakeholders within a complex, fast paced and growing business environment.
- Strong business partnering skills, including problem solving, coaching and consultation skills.
- Effectively work with the Talent Acquisition team and partnering with the hiring manager to find the talent needed to grow the business.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organizational compliance as it relates to federal, state and local laws
- 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience in matrixed international global organization
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, human resources or another relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Only candidates from the DMV area will be considered, as this is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our Tyson’s Corner Location.
